Data We Collect
- When using the Services, we may ask you to provide certain information that may be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). Personal Data may include, but is not limited to, your name, phone number, credit card or other billing information, email address, and postal address. Payments
- All purchases made through the Platform are processed by a third-party payment provider, Paddle. (paddle.com). Paddle may ask you to provide personal and/or non-personal information, such as your name, address, email address, credit card information, or other personal data. Paddle has a privacy policy (paddle.com/legal-buyers/), which describes their collection and use of personal data.
- Fit Aura does not control Paddle or their collection and use of information. Any questions or concerns regarding Paddle’s practices should be directed to Paddle directly. Paddle provides us with certain non-personal information about purchases made by users. Non-personal information may include details about the purchase, such as date, amount paid, and purchased product. Non-personal purchase information may be linked to personal data you provide to us. Paddle does not provide us with any other of your personal data, such as name, residential address, or credit card information.
Data Collection Methods / Tracking Technologies
- Our Services may use software technologies, such as "cookies" or other similar technologies (collectively referred to as "Tracking Technologies"). These tracking technologies are used to customize our content, enable visitors to navigate between related web pages, and for other purposes related to managing our Services.
- We, our third-party service providers, and partners may also use Tracking Technologies to manage and measure the effectiveness of ads displayed or delivered by or through the Services, monitor behavior, and collect data about website visitors.
- Blocking cookies and other Tracking Technologies may prevent you from using all features offered through our Services, including restricting access to paid content.

- We use the data we obtain through technical means for the above purposes and to monitor and analyze the use of the Services and for technical administration of the Services, to enhance the functionality and usability of the Services, better tailor them to user needs, generate and obtain useful data about interests, characteristics, and behaviors related to user use of the Platform, and to determine if visitors and users of the Services meet the criteria required to process their requests.
Sharing and Disclosure of Data
- We will not share or sell personal data, such as email addresses, to other organizations for marketing or promotional purposes without your explicit consent.
- All comments or submissions you post via the Services will be publicly accessible. We may publish this information on the Service or in other ways specified in the sharing terms. We recommend that you protect your anonymity and confidential information, and encourage our users to carefully consider what information they disclose about themselves in their comments or submissions.
- If you choose to link your account with a social media service, our Service and that service may share certain information about you and your activities.
- We may employ and work with third-party companies and individuals to facilitate the provision of the Services, perform Services on our behalf, provide services related to the administration of the Services (including, without limitation, processing billing and payments, maintenance services, hosting and database management, web analytics, and administration). Changing or Deleting Data
- All users may update or delete data by contacting us directly at contact@fitaura.io. If a user entirely deletes all such data, their account may be deactivated. We will make reasonable efforts to implement requested changes to our active databases in good faith. If a user makes changes, data may be retained internally for administrative purposes, remain on backup media, or for other reasons. We may also retain an archived copy of user data in accordance with legal requirements or for legitimate business purposes. Please note that if a user has posted any public posts on the Services or through them, and then deactivates their account, such posts will generally not be deleted.
Security
- We have implemented physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to protect against unauthorized access, maintain data security, and properly use the information we collect online. Fit Aura processes personal data in accordance with security requirements provided by applicable laws. Fit Aura uses technical and organizational measures to protect the processing of personal data appropriate to the risks and categories of data, including to secure it from unauthorized disclosure, unlawful processing, alteration, loss, damage, or destruction.
Minors
- Minors or individuals with limited legal capacity may only provide personal data (and use the Services) if they are of age to independently consent to the processing of their personal data. If you are a parent or legal guardian and find that your child has provided us with personal data, you may contact us at contact@fitaura.io and request to review and/or delete any unauthorized data provided by your child.
Data Storage
- Your data may be transferred and stored on servers located outside your country, state, province, or other jurisdiction, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By consenting to this Privacy Policy and providing us with your data, you agree to such transfer.
- Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to fulfill the contract. After this period, the data will be retained for purposes and durations required by law, to secure any claims, allow for warranty and repair rights related to delivered goods and services, or until consent is withdrawn.
